Admissions are primarily handled physically through the school’s admission office. This page provides information and support; it does not replace the in-person enrollment process.

Students must still sit for the required entrance examination and present original documents at the admission office.

In-Person Admission Process

Students seeking admission should complete these steps with the school’s admission and business offices.

Admission Steps

  1. Take and pass the entrance examination in English and Mathematics for Grades 1-11.
  2. Submit the required documents to the admission office after passing both subjects.
  3. Receive admission clearance after the documents have been reviewed.
  4. Proceed to the business office to make the required payment.
  5. Complete and submit the admission form to become enrolled.

Required Documents

  • Previous school report card
  • Previous school transcript
  • Two passport-sized photos with red or white background
  • Recommendation letter from a community leader
  • Recommendation letter from a church or mosque
  • Signed and completed admission form issued by the school

Flexible Tuition Payment Plan

For the 2025-2026 academic year, families may pay a reasonable first-installment down payment and settle the balance over eight months through daily, weekly, or monthly payments from Daycare through Grade 12. Contact the business office for the current fee schedule.

Admissions Requirement

Entrance Examination

All prospective students applying for admission into Grades 1-11 are required to sit for an entrance examination in English Language and Mathematics.

Examination Requirements

  • Applicants must apply for admission into Grades 1-11.
  • The examination assesses English Language and Mathematics.
  • A minimum score of 70% in each subject is required to qualify for enrollment.
  • An entrance examination fee of US$5.00 must be paid before sitting the examination.
